SakéOne has reintroduced their core Oregon craft saké brand, Momokawa. The brand has a new label design by designer Jeffrey Caldewey, and the design points to subtle changes in the brewing process that result in enhanced flavor and body. BROOKLYN REPUBLIC VODKA HAS LOCAL FLAVOR

Family-owned Brooklyn Republic Vodka starts with a hint of irony. Its base spirits are six-column distilled in the Midwest from sweet corn and organic wheat. The raw distillate is then transported to the Big Apple, where it is blended, purified and bottled in small batches in Brooklyn by Brooklyn Republic’s master blender. The addition of purified Brooklyn water before sub-zero temperature rectification completes production. SRP: $23

It’s been 25 years since the launch of Bombay Sapphire, and the House of Bombay is marking the milestone with something new.
