BCA Hosts Annual Global Food, Wine & Spirits Experience

On November 18th, the BCA held its annual Global Food, Wine & Spirits Experience entitled “Celebrate Passion in the Food & Wine Industry” at Guastavino’s. Industry professionals showed support for over 50 culinary students gaining mentors and experience working alongside seasoned chefs at the event. David Gonzalez of Pernod Ricard USA received the 2011 Vision in Wine & Spirits Award.
