USBG Hosts Pisco Portón Cocktail Competition

On November 14th, the USBG hosted a Pisco Portón Cocktail Competition at Nuela in New York. Bartenders worked to create original Pisco Portón cocktails with the winner earning an all-inclusive trip to Peru. The competition pushed the boundaries of the Pisco category, and was judged by top industry personalities. Summit Bar owner Greg Seider won for his creation, “Johnny Schuler’s Day Off.”
