On March 15th, Glenfiddich celebrated 125 years of achievement with an 150-person anniversary gala on Liberty Island, hosted by actor Adrian Grenier. The evening’s highlight was an auction of the first U.S. bottle of a highly valuable single malt—one of only 11 available. The 55-Year-Old Glenfiddich Janet Sheed Roberts Reserve raised $94,000, becoming the most expensive whisky purchased at auction.
