From March 30th–April 1st, R&R Marketing and Crystal Springs Resort hosted the 4th Annual New Jersey Wine & Food Festival. Located in the Grand Cascades Lodge at Crystal Springs Resort, the weekend included dinners, seminars and a Grand Tasting. The Festival Guest of Honor was Chef Thomas Keller of Per Se and The French Laundry. The festival benefitted the James Beard Foundation and Bocuse d’Or USA Foundation.
