ZAP Hits New York

On April 17th, close to 150 New Yorkers attended the Pairsine New York City Food & Wine Competition, a collaboration with Zinfandel Advocates & Producers (ZAP) at Sun West Studios. Nine tri-state chefs created dishes to match Zinfandels. Nearly 30 wineries participated in the event.
