Boys’ & Girls’ Towns of Italy Honor Brett Dunne and Raises Record Amount for Industry Dinner

On September 11th, Boys’ and Girls’ Towns of Italy (BGTI) held their Wine & Spirits Annual International Dinner at Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury. This year’s event honored Brett Dunne, vice president/ general manager, wine for Southern Wine & Spirits of New York. Proceeds from the event helped BGTI fund child care centers throughout Italy and reach their goal of ensuring a brighter future for at-risk youth around the world. Southern Wine & Spirits’ Larry Romer introduced Dunne, who then gave a moving speech and received his well-deserved award. The event, which included a number of silent auction items sold, was the most successful night ever in terms of fundraising for the BGTI Wine & Spirits Annual Dinner.
