Louis Royer Asks Bartenders to “Show Me The Proof”

On September 19th, Tim Cooper of Gold Bar won the Grand Prize in the first-ever “Show Me the Proof!” High Proof Cognac Cocktail Competition, which showcased unique seasonal mixing possibilities for Louis Royer “Force 53” VSOP Cognac. Tim won a one-week, all expenses paid educational trip to France. Franky Marshall of Monkey Bar/The Tippler and Lynnette Marrero of Astor Room earned second and third place, each taking home a $1,000 cash prize.
