13th Annual Wine Star Awards Honors Industry Members

On January 28th, industry luminaries gathered at The New York Public Library for the 13th annual Wine Enthusiast Wine Star Awards. Among the honorees, David Biggar of Vintage Point accepted Innovator of the Year; Michael Madrigal was named Sommelier of the Year; Angus Winchester of Tanqueray was honored as Mixologist/Brand Ambassador of the Year; Michter’s Distillery was chosen as Distiller of the Year; and Opici Wine Group’s Hubert Opici received the American Wine Legend honor.
