The Balvenie Selects Winner of First Rare Craft Fellowship

On January 30th, The Balvenie Craft Road Show officially ended its two-year search for American artisans with a Fellowship Award event at Skylight West. Out of six finalists, Graham Thompson, owner of Optimo Hats in Chicago, won $5,000 towards his craft and a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Scotland to apprentice under a local craftsman and spend time at The Balvenie distillery.
