From March 15–17, R&R Marketing and Crystal Springs Resort hosted the 5th Annual NJ Wine & Food Festival. Located in the Grand Cascades Lodge at Crystal Springs Resort, the weekend featured winemakers Philippe & Cheri Melka of Melka Wines, Frederic Barnier of Maison Louis Jadot, Dave Guffy of Hess Estates, Brian Rudin of Buried Cane, David Marchesi of Paraduxx as well as distiller Wes Henderson of Angel’s Envy. Chef guest of honor was James Beard Award-Winner José Andrés. Festival beneficiaries were The James Beard Foundation and World Central Kitchen.
