Domaine de Canton at Le Bernardin

Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur teamed with Chef Eric Ripert of Le Bernardin on May 20th to provide a gourmet getaway during the 2013 Manhattan Cocktail Classic. Each of Chef Ripert’s dishes were complemented by cocktails by Simon Ford. This was the flagship in a series of Domain Canton cocktail-pairing dinners that began in March and run through September in cities including Portland, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Miami, Washington and Las Vegas.

Le Mexique
Recipe by Simon Ford
1.5 oz Domain de Canton
1 oz. Tequila Cabeza
½ oz. mango juice
½  oz. lime juice
¼ oz. agave syrup

Shake all ingredients over ice and
strain into a cocktail coupe, garnish
with dark chocolate.
