This past spring, more than 16 wineries from the Czech Republic participated in a tasting event in New York City to showcase the country’s wines for U.S. consumers. This event featured perhaps the largest collection of Moravian wine ever poured in the U.S.—Moravia produces more than 96% of wine in the Czech Republic. The event was supported by the Czech viticulture fund and the Consul General of the Czech Republic in New York.
