Longtime food-and-wine personality David Rosengarten has taken the plunge into the wine biz. His “Wine for Food” portfolio, currently all-European, was introduced to the NYC meto market at a spirited tasting and karaoke contest at Terroir Murray Hill. Interestingly, Rosengarten has organized his imports into 10 novel categories, such as “The Skater” (dry, sleek, racy whites) and “Grandpa” (round, gentle aged reds).
