On July 1st, Pinnacle Vodka and chef Claire Robinson hosted a 4th of July cooking demo plus a cocktail demo with Pinnacle mixologist Niccole Trzaska, creating the Red, White and Blue layered cocktail. Robinson featured new recipes on Pinnacle’s Pinterest page every week through July. Here’s a recipe for the Golden Sage cocktail, served at the event.
1 oz. Pinnacle Original Vodka
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
1/4 oz. Lemon Juice
1/4 oz. Dry Vermouth
Mix ingredients, shake and strain over ice.
Serve in a rocks glass. Garnish with a sage leaf
(make sure to tap the sage leaf between palms or
snap in the fingers to release its essence).
