On February 2nd, Côtes de Bordeaux, along with sommelier-and-chef couple Keri Levens and Jared Stafford-Hill, hosted an intimate gathering of press and sommeliers for a home-cooked meal. The decadent menu featured classic French home-cooking such as soft scrambled eggs with black truffles and crème fraîche, winter root vegetable cassoulet and stuffed saddle of suckling pig.
