‘Harlem EatUp!’ Debuts in Upper Manhattan

From May 14th–17th, the Bordeaux Wine Council  sponsored the inaugural Harlem EatUp! festival, co-created by Marcus Samuelsson of Red Rooster and Herb Karlitz of Karlitz & Co. to celebrate the culture, food and spirit of the historic neighborhood. On “Dine-In” night at Harlem restaurants, affordable red, white and sweet Bordeaux wines were poured for over 600 guests and paired with original dishes.Bordeaux also had a prominent booth during “A Sunday Afternoon in Harlem” where festival-goers could taste a wide range of the region’s wines and engage in games.
