On October 6th, members of the trade were invited to an educational luncheon at Racines NY featuring Wines of Gaillac, an appellation in Southwest France. Fred Dexheimer, MS, led a tasting demonstrating the unique characteristics and diversity of this ancient appellation and how Gaillac wines are perfect for by-the-glass pours. Attendees enjoyed the convivial setting and luncheon provided by Arnaud Tronche, owner, and Chef Frederic Duca.
