Following a seminar taught by Richard Shipman, Fine Wine Manager at Southern Wine & Spirits, celebrity chef Ming Tsai presented to the Southern Wine & Spirits sales force an exciting and informative class on saké. He covered how saké is produced, the views of restaurateurs on saké, and the mindset of Ty Ku in the U.S.market as well as new drink variations utilizing Ty Ku.
