Cochon555—a group celebrating heritage pigs—stopped in NYC at Pier 60. Via a friendly competition of 5 chefs, five winemakers and five pigs, chef Angie Mar of The Beatrice Inn was crowned “2016 Princess of Porc.” The pork paired with wines from Pisoni, Ridge, Scholium Project, Pax and Sandhi. Cocktail lovers indulged in a Perfect Manhattan Bar and a Heritage Rum Cart. Proceeds benefited the Piggy Bank.
