Saké & The City II: Discover Japanese Wagyu

In an effort to increase awareness of Sake and Japanese Wagyu in New York and the US, the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) and The Japan Livestock Industry Association will host ‘Sake and the City II: Discover Japanese Wagyu,’ a day of tasting for trade and press. This special event will take place at the 404 event space on Manhattan’s west side. EN Japanese Brasserie’s Executive Chef Hiroki Abe, ‘Sake Samurai’ Timothy Sullivan and Japanese Wagyu expert Yousuke Yamagachi will participate with Sake and Japanese Wagyu seminars and delicious food pairings.
