The SWS Salesperson Representative field has an auto-complete feature. This means, if you start typing a name in the search field (next to the magnifying glass), it should eventually appear. The more you type, the more it will narrow down. Once the name appears, please select it from the list.

Q: What if I don't see the name in the list?

A: If you don't see the name listed as you began typing it, then start by clearing the field and just try typing the first few letters of the last name of the representative. Type slowly. It may take a second for the list to show. Once you see the name you want, please click on it to select it.

If you typed in the first name and you know your representative as Mike, try typing Michael instead and see if his name appears.

If the name name still doesn't appear in the list, it may not be in the database, yet. If that is the case, use this form to send us an email requesting that the representative be added. We will let you know when we added the name so that you can continue to register.

Q: Oops...I selected the wrong person. How do I clear it?

A: You can click on the field again and select another name and that will replace it or you can click the X next to the name to clear the field. Make sure you select another another name!

Q: I see two entries of the same person. Which do I choose?

A: Either one will be fine. We'll sort it out.
