Southern Wine & Spirits of
New York’s Executive Vice
President/General Manager
Larry Goodrich has an-
nounced the appointment of
Matt Munn
as Senior Vice
President-General
Man-
ager of Wine. Munn joined
Southern Wine & Spirits of
Nevada in 2003 as Vice Pres-
ident for On-Premise Spirits.
In 2006, he was promoted to
Senior Vice President-Wine
Division, and in 2009, he as-
sumed his most recent role as
head of the Spirits Division.
Prior to joining Southern,
Munn worked for Schieffe-
lin & Somerset (now Moët
Hennessy USA), PepsiCo
and E.&J. Gallo Winery.
REMY COINTREAU SA
François Hériard Dubreil
has been appointed Chair-
man of the Board at Rémy
Cointreau, replacing his
sister, Dominque Hériard
Dubreil, who stepped down
at the end of 2012. She will
remain on the company’s
board. François had been
Chairman of the Rémy Mar-
tin Group from 1984-1990,
CEO of Rémy Cointreau
from 1990-2000 and Chair-
main of its supervisory board
from 2000-2004. Most re-
cently he was Chairman of
the management board for
Andromède and CEO of
some subsidiaries.
CAMPARI AMERICA
Campari America has ap-
pointed
Roy Danis
as Man-
aging Director. He now
oversees day-to-day opera-
tions for Gruppo Campari’s
U.S., Canadian and Puerto
Rican business, reporting di-
rectly to Gerry Ruvo, Man-
aging Director Campari BU
North America. Danis is a
beverage alcohol industry
veteran, having held mul-
tiple leadership positions in
sales, marketing and opera-
tions at companies includ-
ing Diageo, Pernod Ricard,
The Seagram Company and
W.J. Deutsch & Sons. Most
recently, Danis served as
Managing Director of North
America for Jose Cuervo In-
ternational. He is based at
Campari America headquar-
ters in San Francisco.
QUINTESSENTIAL WINES
Quintessential has appoint-
ed
Gary Squires
as East
Coast Operations Manager.
In this role, he is responsible
for managing Quintessen-
tial’s East Coast inventory,
customer receivables and
general financial administra-
tion of the New York office.
He has been with Quintes-
sential many years and was
most recently Controller
and financial consultant.
He will continue providing
accounting and reporting
assistance to Holly Neal,
Quintessential’s Control-
ler based at the company’s
Napa headquarters. Squires
spent 20 years at Heublein
and has worked at Diageo,
Caravelle Wine Selections
and Dreyfus Ashby.
Steven Seminario
has
been hired to handle sales for
Quintessential’s brands on
Long Island. He brings years
of importer, distributor and
retail sales experience with
companies including Banfi
Vintners, Paterno Imports,
Winebow, where he covered
Long Island restaurants and
retailers, and Pope Liquors.

Jacqueline Flug
was ap-
pointed General Counsel
to the New York State Li-
quor Authority on October

, 2012. Ms. Flug previ-
ously served in the Office
of the Mayor of New York
City as the Administrator
of the Assigned Counsel
Plan for the Appellate Di-
vision First Department.
Previously, Ms. Flug was
an Assistant District At-
torney with the Bronx
County DA’s Office where
she was assigned to the
Felony Trial Division. Ms.
Flug is stationed in the
New York City office and
oversees Counsel’s Office
statewide.
