evolve. While our core focus on wine has remained constant, we have strengthened
and diversi ed our business by adding related products such as spirits to our portfolio.
Despite this evolution, the cornerstone of our success has not wavered – family. We
continue to place the utmost importance on family, and we consider our employees,
supplier partners and customers to be a part of our family.
For those reasons, we will be rebranding our distribution company. Our new name will
Opici Family Distributing
which better re ects who we are today. It will also give
us a common identity across all ve of our distribution markets: Connecticut, Florida,
New Jersey, New York, and Washington, D.C.
Over the next 60 days, we will be transitioning to this new name and logo. We greatly
