150+ YEAR LEGACY
On February 4
th
, Bacardi invited industry friends
and fans to warm up and celebrate 150 years of
the brand at NYC’s Copa Cabana. Guests enjoyed
Daiquiris, Mojitos and Mary Pickford cocktails
made with Bacardi Superior as well as entertain-
ment, great food and hand-rolled cigars.

COCKTAIL SHOWCASE IN NEW YORK
Recently, the USBG held a regional Legacy Cock-
tail Showcase event in New York, sponsored by
Bacardi Rum. The event was judged by indus-
try influencers including Dushan Zaric, Francine
Cohen, and Global Winner of the 2012 USBG
Legacy Cocktail Showcase Shingo Gokan. NYC
winners Milos Zica and Takeshi Uzuka traveled to
Miami for the National Legacy Cocktail Showcase

Across the globe, glasses of Quebec-based Uni-
broue’s Fin du Monde were raised on December
21
st
, 2012 for the “Last Toast Pledge.” Though
previously available for a limited time, these “end
of the world” festivities helped the Fin du Monde
fan-base spread, and Unibroue has decided to
keep it on tap for an extended period.
